n Uttar Pradesh above 57 percent voters have exercised their franchise today in phase four assembly elections for 56 constituencies spread over 11 districts. Chief Electoral officer of the state Umesh Sinha told AIR Lucknow correspondent that polling was completely peaceful and no untoward incident is reported from any poll bound district.
