Probation Period:The selected candidate will be on Probation for a period of 6 months of active servicefrom the date of his / her joining the Bank.

Selection Procedure:Personal Interview ,A Personal Interview of 50 marks shall be conducted to assess the candidates’ academic record, power of expression, clarity of thought, qualities of leadership, extra curricular activities, hobbies, general demeanor, behavior, communication skills, suitability for the post, etc. The minimum qualifying marks for the Personal Interview would be 50% marks (45% marks for Reserved Category Candidates). Candidates not clearing the Personal Interview will not be considered for final selection. Centres For Personal Interview :The Personal Interview will be tentatively held at major centers of the country.

It’s true that Bank of Baroda has made changes in the eligibility criteria in respect of Educational Qualification for the Recruitment of 2000 Clerk. Against its Earlier Advertisement for post of Clerk the Minimum Qualification was Graduation with Qualified in CWE for Clerk but against New Advertisement the minimum Qualification for the post of Clerk is Matriculation or Higher Secondary or Graduate. See the following lines for more details in this context

Educational Qualification for Clerk against New Advertisement	(i). Class 10^th Passed with 60% Marks (only pass for SC / ST / OBC / PWD / EXS Candidates) Or (ii). Class 12^th Passed with 50% Marks (Only Pass for SC / ST / OBC / PWD / EXS Candidates) Or (iii). Graduate Degree in any Stream from a recognized University (iv). Besides above qualifications, Candidates must posses CWE Score Card for Clerk issued by IBPS with Different TWSS for Different States (v). Candidates should be able to read, write and speak in English (vi). Knowledge of basic computer such as MS Office
Some changes for EXS and PWD Candidates	(i). In some states, Cut-Off Marks for Ex-Serviceman has been changes. Details are given in the New Advertisement (ii). Against New Advertising, the Minimum Cut-Off Marks for PWD Candidates is 105 only

Who can apply against New Advertisement?
